Step 1
Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, beef broth, erythritol, and xanthan gum (if using) to make the sauce.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside.

Add remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil to the skillet. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
