Instructions

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).

Step 2

In a large bowl, toss asparagus, radishes, and spring onions with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Place vegetables on the grill. Cook asparagus for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender. Grill radishes and spring onions for 4-5 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred.

Step 4

Remove vegetables from grill and let cool slightly. Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces. Slice radishes and spring onions.
