Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly.

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente (about 7-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.

While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
