Instructions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.

While pasta cooks, combine basil, parsley, mint, pine nuts, Parmesan, garlic, and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
